Amphi exclusive residences is a project of 5 villas, of which, 3 are below the ground level . These 3 are sustainable houses with private pools and parkings. There also is the main block which consists of 2 dublex villas with a private pool and parking. Each villa has a spectacular sea view and the project is highly efficient and sustainable. The main design principle of the project was the use of existing engravings and slopes of the soil for the best possible harmonization with the natural environment, as well as the preservation of most of the existing trees. Thus Amphi Exclusive Residence was named based on the amphitheatric form that emerged from the engravings, both in the residences and in the additional elements of the outdoor spaces. In addition, great emphasis has been placed on the integration of sustainable materials and construction techniques for the least possible environmental impact. A key example is that the soil has relatively constant temperatures, 12-13o C in Greece, therefore the air temperature inside the house is almost constant at around 20o C and the air quality is excellent. This is achieved by creating perimeter corridors around the building that allow the continuous recycling of air and its protection from moisture, resulting in the required mechanical means and the corresponding energy consumption to be minimal. At the same time, an important part of the composition is the use of stone, which in addition to the timelessness of architectural aesthetics, offers a variety of advantages such as excellent sound insulation and therefore better quality of life inside the building, as well as increased thermal insulation, therefore the preservation of the internal temperature winter and summer.
